Fancy learning an instrument or taking it up again? Thinking about flute (Concert, Piccolo, Alto, Bass)?
Want to know more about the theory or history of music?
Then you’ve come to the right place!

I’m a professional flautist and have also been playing the piano for more than 20 years.
I hold a Master’s degree in Music Performance and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education.
I teach people of all ages and abilities, from complete beginner to aspiring professional musicians.

Working towards grades/exams is not necessarily a must!
Passing grades or exams records your personal development/improvement, but I truly believe that in first place music should be fun and enjoyable. Hence, whatever your aim, I aim to make the lessons interesting and enjoyable – not under pressure.

Background knowledge in my opinion is also essential, so I always include history, theory, physics and body awareness in my lessons. I also find it makes it that bit more interesting than “just playing what it says on the paper”.
You can also have separate theory lessons if you’re working towards exams or want more specific knowledge.
You can have lessons one-on-one or if you’d like to share lessons with your best friend or make new friends, why not have group lessons?
I also organise regular ensemble workshops or encourage my students to take part in local ensembles as it boosts confidence and making music together is an experience of a life time that no one who’s had a go ever regrets or forgets.
There are classroom/parent concerts if you want to show off what you’ve learnt in front of your family and friends, but again: participating in this is not essential.
